How do I pay?+

Cards in EUR or BLIK in PLN, processed by licensed payment providers. Heliora never stores card numbers.

What if a develop fails?+

Tokens return to your balance automatically. You only pay for images that arrive.

Name the hour. Golden hour, blue hour, overcast noon — the clock is the grade.

One look per image. Mixing film stocks splits the difference badly.

Draft first. Nail the frame at 1 ☀, re-develop the winner in Ultra.

It's in your confirmation email — refunds resolve same-day with it.

A develop failed but I was charged+

Refunds are automatic within a minute. If the balance still looks wrong, email us the time of the develop.

BLIK code isn't accepted+

Codes expire after 2 minutes — generate a fresh one in your bank app and retry. BLIK charges in PLN.

Delete my account and data+

Email us from the account address; we erase the account, library, and billing profile within 30 days.
